Vive Health, LLC (“our”, “we”, “us”) operates the mobile application, Vive Precision, hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “App”.

You can always choose to control the information stored in your Vive Health account or choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of Vive Health functions.

With regards to collecting personal data of children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

    To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, VIve Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vive Health does not warrant that Vive Health; information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through VIve Health; their servers, or emails sent from Vive Health are free of viruses or other harmful components. Vive Health will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through Vive Health, including but not limited to direct, indirect, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
